ll99 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ll99 ("ll99", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ll99 online betting and casino platform available at ll99.vu and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree" during sign-up, making your first deposit, or otherwise accessing the services of ll99, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other means.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ll99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and ll99.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ll99 website at ll99.vu and all services, features, games, and betting markets accessible through it.
• "Account" means a registered player account held by an individual user on the ll99 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the ll99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional, welcome, reload, referral, or other bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the ll99 Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or behaviour described in Section 8 of these Terms that is strictly forbidden on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ll99 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations, transaction timestamps, and support availability.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the ll99 Platform. ll99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request identity and age documentation at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the ll99 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension and closure of all associated Accounts.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. ll99 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. The ll99 Platform is operated for players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ll99 does not represent or warrant that accessing the Platform is legal in all locations. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk.

3.5 KYC Verification. ll99 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawal processing suspended until documentation is provided and approved.

3.6 Right to Refuse Registration. ll99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor permit any other individual to access the Platform using your Account.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ll99 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. ll99 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.3 Two-Step Verification. ll99 offers optional SMS-based two-step verification for all Accounts. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to protect your Account against unauthorised access. ll99 bears no responsibility for Account compromises where two-step verification was available but not activated by the Player.

4.4 Secure Device Usage. You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network from which you access your ll99 Account are reasonably secure. ll99 recommends that you do not access your Account from shared or public computers and that you log out of your Account after each session.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ll99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Accepted methods are subject to change. The Platform will display currently available payment methods at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account Balance. ll99 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

5.3 Currency. All deposits, Account Balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ll99 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion fees on standard BDT transactions processed through supported payment methods.

5.4 Transaction Fees. ll99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through standard supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges independently of ll99. ll99 has no control over third-party payment provider fees.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing. ll99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform volume, during national holidays, or where KYC verification is pending. ll99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

5.6 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ll99 Account holder. ll99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.

5.7 Dormant Account Funds. An Account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ll99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account Balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Remaining balances may be withdrawn at any time upon Account reactivation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional credits offered by ll99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable as cash. Bonus Credits and any winnings generated from Bonus Credits must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before a withdrawal request will be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier and list of eligible games will be stated clearly when the bonus is awarded or displayed in your Account's bonus section.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Credits are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Credits not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without compensation.

6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household, and per device. ll99 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the registration of multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the bonus terms — including low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk exposure — constitutes bonus abuse. ll99 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. ll99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required. Any bets placed prior to a promotion's withdrawal will be settled under the terms applicable at the time of placement.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the ll99 Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selection — including the match, market, odds, and stake — before confirming any bet. ll99 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in these Terms.

7.2 Odds and Markets. Betting odds displayed on the ll99 Platform are indicative until a bet is confirmed. ll99 reserves the right to update or correct odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, ll99 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds and refund the stake to the Player's Account.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time at ll99's discretion, in response to match events, data feed issues, or risk management requirements. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport as applied by ll99's trading team.

7.4 Game Disconnection. ll99 operates on a best-efforts basis to ensure uninterrupted Platform availability. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the outcome will be determined by the game server's last confirmed state. ll99 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection, device, or power supply.

7.5 Game Rules. Each casino game and betting product available on the ll99 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, as provided by the game studio or data feed provider. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule will prevail with respect to that game only.

7.6 Maximum Winnings. ll99 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits per bet, per day, or per promotional period. Where applicable, maximum winnings limits will be stated in the relevant game or promotion terms. ll99 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of any applicable maximum limit.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ll99 Platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and recovery of any winnings derived from the prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ll99.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from exploiting a bug must be reported to ll99 and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market available on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the ll99 Platform or its proprietary software.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to obscure your location or access the Platform from a jurisdiction where use is prohibited.
• Any conduct that ll99 determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or the reputation of ll99.

9 Responsible Gaming

ll99 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment, and ll99 does not encourage players to bet beyond their financial means. ll99 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ll99 Platform — including but not limited to the ll99 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of ll99 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of ll99.

Game content displayed on the Platform — including slot graphics, live casino studio imagery, and crash game interfaces — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) and is licensed to ll99 for display on the Platform. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to the Player.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ll99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

11.2 ll99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ll99 reserves the right to carry out scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or to take the Platform offline at any time. ll99 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

11.3 ll99's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ll99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.5 You acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that ll99 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data

ll99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ll99 uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, prevent fraud, and communicate with you regarding your Account and promotional offers (where you have opted in). ll99 does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not share it outside the scope required to operate the Platform.

All personal data and financial transaction data transmitted between your device and the ll99 Platform is protected by SSL encryption. ll99 employs industry-standard security practices to protect stored data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by ll99. ll99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, Prohibited Conduct, money laundering, or any other conduct that may harm the Platform, other players, or ll99's reputation.

13.2 Closure by ll99. Following an investigation, ll99 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon closure for cause, ll99 reserves the right to void and forfeit any Account Balance, pending bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with the breach.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your ll99 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your real-money Account Balance (excluding Bonus Credits that have not met their Wagering Requirement) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so directly from Account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, ll99 will not process any deposit requests or allow access to betting or gaming features. Withdrawal of existing Account Balances during a self-exclusion period is permitted.

14 Amendments to Terms

ll99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ll99 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or Account notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ll99 Platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the ll99 customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration under applicable rules, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ll99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its players.
